Naledi Camp has one treehouse and three safari tents for a maximum of 8 guests. The camp sits on the high bank of the Boteti, about 20 m above the riverbed, with the national park on the other side of the river.
Days start early with coffee on the deck and end at the fire under a clear night sky. Our team cooks for you, guides you and looks after you personally.
Naledi Camp hosts at most 8 guests in the treehouse and three safari tents.
That means quiet decks, meals cooked for you and activities planned around your group. Families and small groups can also book the entire camp.
The river in view from the camp
Naledi Camp sits on the high bank of the Boteti, about 20 m above the riverbed.
From the decks you look down onto the river. With some luck you see elephants, hippos and kudu at the water without leaving camp. For lions and other big game, plan a safari into the national park.

Treehouse & Safari Tent Suites
Choose the treehouse in the acacias or one of three safari tents on raised wooden decks. All four have a private bathroom and electricity. All meals and drinks are included.

Safaris from the Boteti River
KT guides every safari, always for a full day: in your own 4x4 or in our camp car. Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, right across the river, is our first recommendation; on stays of 3 nights or more, Nxai Pan National Park and Baines' Baobabs are possible when conditions allow. Park and ferry fees are paid at the gate. Mokoro trips on the Boteti last about 2–3 hours when the water level allows. Wildlife sightings are possible but never guaranteed.

Mokoro trips on the Boteti last about 2–3 hours when water levels and local conditions allow. Availability must be confirmed for your dates. Wildlife sightings are possible but never guaranteed; guides determine a safe route.

Cooked fresh in camp
Our chef cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner fresh every day, served in the open-air boma or on the deck.
All drinks are included on a fair-use basis: soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits in small amounts. Champagne and premium spirits are not included.
Our own garden
We grow herbs, salads and vegetables in our own organic garden in the camp. Our chef harvests them fresh for your meals.
Eggs, poultry and beef come from family farms in the surrounding communities. This keeps the food fresh and the money in the region.

He runs the camp and joins guests as their guide on safaris in the national park.

The camp is run by camp manager KT, who has worked as a guide and tracker in Botswana for more than 30 years, together with a small team from the region.
They cook, look after the suites, guide you on safari and are there when you need something.

In the evening guests meet at the fire pit in the boma before dinner, under a clear sky with hardly any light pollution.
Location & Transfer from Maun
Naledi Camp lies on the high bank of the Boteti River, opposite Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, about 1.5 hours by car from Maun.
A normal car is fine for the drive; please plan to arrive before dark. On request our private shuttle collects you at Maun Airport.
